Buzzing Bumblebees

After great anticipation from a certain little 5 year old girl, the day finally arrived.  Giddy up!
It's time to get these Bumblebees ready for fall soccer.

This time the Bees have a new coach, affectionately referred to as Coach Dad around our house, and Lila couldn't be happier.  With 13 girls on the roster, let's just say Coach Dad has his hands full. I'm thinking he may need to hire Madison as an Assistant Coach.

This little goose has already gotten the job of mascot on lockdown.

Our soccer girly has been paying attention, too!

After a solid hour-long practice, Coach Dad got them all in a huddle.
They went over his two goals for this season.
1.  Have FUN!
2.  Be a good teammate.

1, 2, 3, Buzzzzz!  Bumblebees!

This kid is so ready for the season to start next weekend.  She is pumped about soccer and really wants to play goalie.  While many of the girls were asking for water during most of practice, and wanted to take a break, not so for her.  When she figured out practice was about to end, she looked at me and said, "has it already been an hour?"  Love her.  Go get 'em, kid!

We have lots of kids who are in kindergarten with her, which makes it even more fun.
They are going to have a great season.  Let's go Bumblebees!
