Frisco Spring Class Tourney

Finally, a winning weekend!

We heard that this kid pitched awesome in Game 2 the night before, but we weren't there to see it.  Ian pitched three innings and Jackson finished the game. They won 3-1 and got some confidence going into Sunday.
All of the girls were there to see the first baseball game.  It was surprisingly cold because of the 40 mph winds, so we had to borrow Bubba's hoodie.  This is Cami watching Jackson at bat.
She looks so big!  If I didn't know better, I would put money on this being Lila.
Winning on a Sunday!  It just feels good!

We were there for the first game on Sunday at 9:45 am.  All Sunday games are win-or-go-home, so there's no room for much error.  Ian pitched all of Game 3 and we won.  Jackson was on the mound for the semi-final and pitched an outstanding Game 4.
We won 4-2 and were onto the championship game!

Jackson and Noah gave Ryder a pep talk before he took the mound for the last game.

After 6 continuous hours of baseball, the Fury came up a little short to a really solid team.  They still got those silver rings, though, and Coach Mark was so proud of how they began to play as a team again.

Look at all those rings!

By the end of the baseball day, the sun was out and there were big smiles all around.

Check out all that bling!

We're hoping they can add to their hardware collection even more this spring.
