It's birthday time again! It feels like we are always celebrating someone's birthday and this time it was mine. We had a cookout the Saturday before my big day at our house.
It was a pretty, sunny day and the kids were thrilled when we said that they could swim in the hot tub. This girly just loves her tutu bikini to pieces!
There were smiles all around that spa. These two have really become more like sisters...
and they are both really sweet to the littlest sister.
Big brother was very happy that his two uncles were here to play with him. He showed them the greatness of Spike Ball.
Jared made a fire for the ladies to enjoy while he grilled the hamburgers.
After our feast of homemade burgers, potato salad and baked beans, all of which was fantastic, we were treated to a performance.
The girls invited Dad to be in the show, too. His main job was tossing them high into the air!
Wow! Lila's legs have gotten so long!
There was choreographed dancing to the music of Aladdin...
and they even taught "Aladdin" how to properly sit on the "magic carpet." Ha!
The fam sang Happy Birthday to me and then we got to cut into the chocolate deliciousness of Memaw's sheet cake. SO good.
A few days later it was my real birthday. The big kids were at school and my mom asked to take me to lunch. My sidekick got to tag-along as well:)
We tried to sit on the patio, but the wind forced us inside. Oh well!
We had a lovely lunch and Elsa let us talk to each other a time or two.
A few hours later, it was time for another treat. Tiff's Treats arrived at our front door! Thanks, Daddy!
We went to baseball practice and then met Daddy for dinner. Before the night was over, we had a flaming tortilla chip and I was wearing a sombrero.
Cheers to 37!
