Our first full day at the beach started out beautifully. We awoke to this right outside our windows!

| Very soon us and the three amigos were heading down to check out the beach. |

| A nice beach dude offered to take our picture at the top of the stairs... |

| then we ran down to the ocean! It was the girls' first time to see it and essentially Jackson's too. He'd been once before but was only 6 months old. They took a few minutes to take it all in... |

| and then started jumping right in! I can still hear their laughter and it makes my heart smile. |
 |
| Lila sat on her daddy's shoulders for most of the time, but did get her feet wet after a few minutes. |
 |
| After we'd made sure that the beach was awesome, we came back up and Jackson made his way into a baseball game. You know he was so happy--baseball and the beach, now that's a good day! |

| After nap time, we were ready to go back out. Madison had found Aunt Lyndsie's high heels and was strutting her stuff around the condo:) The girl is not lacking in personality! |

| The Fab 5 hit the Florida coast. |

| Uncle Scott kept things lively by picking up a dead fish! Thank goodness it was the only one we saw that week. The kids thought it was so funny and Maddie was even brave enough to touch it! |

| and Madison and Presley worked on their surfer girl poses. We were quite a crew and had a great first day at the beach! |
