Uncle Andrew's birthday was yesterday, so we all headed out to Babe's for a tasty dinner. It did not disappoint and they even had Andrew put a chicken hat on and dance as we sang Happy Birthday to him! I asked Jackson later if that was pretty crazy that Uncle Andrew wore a chicken hat and he said, "yeah, reeeeeal crazy mom."
Lila was in a party mood tonight, too, and was awake for most of the festivities.
Jackson was instrumental in putting candles on the cake, but he left the lighting of them to Memaw. Good call.
He's so lucky--his uncle even let him blow out the candles with him! The cake was amazingly good--chocolate cake with a layer of vanilla ice cream inside, cream cheese icing with reese's peanut butter cups mixed in. Yum!
