Say Cheese

I just love picture day at school.
Our kids have always liked choosing something spiffy to wear and enjoy looking nice!

6th Grader - 5' 3"
Jackson loves reading and can finish a series of books faster than I can read one!  He is still very good at math and is knocking the socks off of middle school this year.  He's a sports nut and plays basketball, soccer and baseball.  He loves watching college football, especially the Longhorns, and he's also a big fan of the Cowboys--go Zeke!  Jackson is a good role model for his friends and makes me proud to be his mama.  And he still gives me great big hugs:)

3rd Grader - 4' 4"
Lila is having an all-around excellent year!  She is doing so well in school, with her lowest grade being a 95 on her very first report card.  She's not just good at reading and math, though.  She just represented Hunt Elementary at the Plano ISD Hoop Shoot contest.  She beat out all the other 8 and 9 year old girls in her school and won the chance to compete against other kids in her district.  And this is a sport she isn't even playing this fall!  Her artwork has also been selected as one of 150 pieces to be featured in the Plano ISD art show in January.  This kid is multi-talented!  She plays soccer year-round and will start back at softball this spring.

Pre-K - ?
Cameron is a feisty little firecracker!  She's so smart and has the best memory, often recalling things that happened years ago.  She's learning to do math and can read some words, too.  Despite testing the limits when she's at home, she's an excellent student.  Cami was the first kid to be chosen for Star Student and was even chosen a second time, as well!  She's a favorite of so many who know her, and has made friends with kids much older than herself.  She's the best dancer in the family is good at gymnastics as well.  If I had to guess, I'd say we've got a future cheerleader on our hands.  She loves to sing and perform with all her heart.  There's just so much personality in her little body!
