We celebrated America's Birthday at home this year.
| The kids all wore their cutest patriotic clothes and patiently waited for our guests to arrive. |
| This little firecracker is my best helper! |
| Gigi, Boom and Madison showed up before lunch and the kids immediately took them outside. |
| This day calls for being in the water--let's go! |
| The girls swam and then floated on our new island--so cool. |
| Jackson and Cami played with his newest toy. I'm not sure who liked it more--both were squealing with delight. |
| We did it up right on the 4th. Hot dogs, bacon dogs, baked beans, curly fries, grapes and red velvet cake for dessert. |
| This kid, my plain-Jane, even ate a bacon dog with cheese on it. Toppings are so delicious! |
After Glenda and Leslie had to head back to the airport, we decided to all try out the water. Daddo sure liked the island! |
| We swam until dinner time and it was such a refreshing afternoon. Well, as refreshing as it can be with four monkeys crawling all over you! |
Such a fun holiday--sun, swimming and fireworks. USA! USA! USA! |
